Although former Managing Partners, John E. Howard, CPA, and Kenneth W. Caron, CPA, have retired as partners, Reagan & Company clients can still take advantage of their expertise in tax planning and general business consulting, as they continue to direct the tax department, and are now principals in the firm. |

Edward A. Tarquinio, CPA, CVA Partner A graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Mr. Tarquinio holds a B.B.A. degree. Formerly employed by a national firm, he joined Reagan & Company in 1971, becoming a partner to the firm in 1983. |

Mr. Tarquinio services many clients in the contracting and service industries and consults on computer systems and applications. He is also involved in the areas of personal and corporate taxation. Most recently, he has become a Certified Valuation Analyst, writing valuations to document the values of corporations and other businesses for estate planning purposes and other issues. In addition, he serves on many local boards including Fidelity Cooperative Bank. |

Kenneth P. Basque, CPA, CVA Partner A graduate of Nichols College, Mr. Basque holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy. Prior to joining Reagan & Company in 2001, he was a self-employed Certified Public Accountant in the North Central Massachusetts area. Mr. Basque has many years of public accounting experience. His areas of concentration include personal and corporate taxation and planning, accounting and auditing services. He is also certified to perform business valuation services and has been active in business advisory services. In addition, he serves on many local boards. |

John E. Howard, CPA Principal Mr. Howard has been with Reagan & Company since 1959. An alumnus of Bentley College, he became a partner in 1968, and served the firm as managing partner until the end of 1999. |

Kenneth
W. Caron, CPA
Principal Mr. Caron, who holds degrees from Bentley College and Suffolk University, joined the firm in 1966. He held the position of Controller at P.J. Keating Company from 1970 to 1976 and returned to Reagan & Company as a partner in 1976. Although Mr. Caron has retired as a partner, he continues to concentrate his practice in the areas of manufacturing, estate and trust taxation and personal financial planning. |

James P. Doig Accounting Manager A graduate of the New England School of Accounting, Mr. Doig joined Reagan & Company in 1970. Jim took a hiatus from public accounting from 1988 to 1993 during which time he held the positions of Controller, Financial Analyst, and Assistant Treasurer for a major packaging conglomerate. He returned to Reagan & Company in 1993. Mr. Doig’s work is concentrated in the areas of manufacturing, construction contractors, personal service corporations, and personal and corporate taxation. |

Cheryl J. Tattersall, CPA Staff Accountant Ms. Tattersall attended Franklin Pierce College, where she earned a Bachelors Degree in Accounting in 1996. Prior to joining the firm in 1998, Cheryl held a variety of accounting and managerial positions. Cheryl specializes in personal and corporate taxation, and serves many start-up companies with Quickbooks support and part-time controller assignments. Cheryl has recently been certified as a CPA in Massachusetts. |

Suzanne D. Basque Staff Accountant Ms. Basque received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Nichols College. Sue also earned a Masters in Business Administration from Assumption College with a concentration in finance. Sue has many years of public accounting experience and provides various types of businesses with bookkeeping, payroll tax, and Quickbooks support. She is also involved in the areas of personal and corporate taxation. |

Karen A. Goodall, CPA Ms Goodall is a CPA, certified in Massachusetts. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. Prior to joining Reagan and Company, Karen was self-employed and also a former partner for a local public accounting practice for several years. Karen's primary technical expertise is in income taxation, including corporations, non-profits and individuals. In addition to tax services, Karen also provides financial reporting services and is a certified QUICKBooks Pro Advisor. |
